I think it is the greatest marketing tool that I have ever used in my 25 year career in the restaurant business. It helps us bring in our regulars more often and we've created a lot of new "regulars." I must add that compared to the other forms of marketing it is very reasonably priced and the most effective.

I really don't know how to thank you! I feel for the first time in the 30 years we have been in business we have FINALLY found an inexpensive way to effectively advertise and increase our customer base. First, Moving Targets has been incredibly successful way of getting new customers. You send out between 80 to 120 of these mailers a month and we get a 30 to 40 percent return. We see that translate into roughly 20 new repeat customers a month. And as any business person will tell you, increasing your customer base by 20 customers a month is HUGE! My brother and I keep asking ourselves where is all this business coming from? I mean we are in a recession right? I attribute this increase to Moving Targets and Loyal Rewards.

Loyal Rewards, the emails sent directly to our customers is an invaluable tool for us. If I have an important announcement, or a change in hours or something great to offer it goes to our most loyal customers. Before I finally figured out people want something consistently every month, i kept getting complaints there weren't enough e-mail coupons. People love them and use them! Loyal Rewards really does create "LOYAL CUSTOMERS" people want to feel like you appreciate them and with Loyal Rewards and I can show my customers how much they mean to me! So again THANK YOU, you have really increased my sales! And with any service I use I always have a suggestion how you can improve it.....guess what there is nothing I could do to make your products better or your staff for that matter. Jenna was great before and Amy always bends over backwards for me! Your a lucky man to have a staff that cares like its their own business!

I love all three programs you offer but I especially love Loyal Rewards because I really do have full control over my advertising. All three programs, which we have used, are wonderful and did some amazing things for our business. Loyal Rewards is my favorite because I decide when to mail them, I decide what to put in them, I can decide what special to run on a daily, weekly or monthly basis. My customers have requested these emails and they look forward to them. If I skip some time, they are quick to ask me when the next one will be on its way. I also like that I can think of something TODAY and there is a pretty good chance my guests will receive it TODAY. Thank you very much for making things so user friendly and enjoyable.

I was skeptical of the Loyal Rewards program at first, but after we signed up I've become a real believer.

The web site is user friendly and sending out a promotion is very easy.

With all the different hats I wear running our family business, easy is good!

Sending out an email blast with a free entree offer, gets their attention every time. As we grow our email address list so do the responses from the promotions.

I think consistency is the key and one of my New Years resolutions is to send out a promotion every two to three weeks, depending on the season.

I will highly recommend your program to anyone who asks about email marketing.

Being skeptical of online advertising, I thoroughly researched Internet advertising for restaurants and personally signed with 2 restaurants. I was pleased with the offers and timeliness of the restaurants and actually went back to redeem the offers (when I actually was only doing research). I implemented Loyal Rewards to our restaurant and within less than a year, we have over 1000 Loyal Rewards members who look forward to our postings. I know they are looking for them as I get calls and emails when we don't publish notices on a regular basis. I can't quote an exact financial response but suffice to say - "IT WORKS". Loyal Rewards has been the easiest and cheapest way for us to advertise our establishment with coupons. Within a 30 minute span we can have some thing emailed to all of our customer base. The Loyal Rewards team (Amy and Jenna) put together very professional ads for us and are very accommodating to adding what we need to say to portray our company.

Loyal Rewards has become a very integral part of our advertising and the best part is we can track the coupons coming in and really see that what we are doing is working.

I did the CRAZIEST thing, I moved from Orlando to the most remote area in the West of Ireland and opened an American-style Steakhouse and burger place, not only am I in a small town, I am off the main street, needless to say, I needed help getting the word out that we were doing something special, local newspapers and radio spots didn't work and were expensive, I thought the best way of spreading my message was "word of mouth" until I discovered Loyal Rewards, this was an easy fix, we simply increased our average daily sales by advertising to our existing customers, we send them our message and it gets to our guests immediately, since we started with the dedicated team at Loyal Rewards, our Reward is increased turnover, guest satisfaction and PROFIT. In September, we had sales of $399.15, in December our sales were $1411.45 all from Loyal Rewards. It is so easy to get started and easy to implement each coupon. Moving Targets: This is a great concept. New people in the area are developing their buying habits. I usually send out a Gift Cert for 10.00 ( a half price value) off a specific item that I am trying to grow or 5.00 off of anything else. I typically get a good percentage of these redeemed.

I think Loyal Rewards is a great way to send out weekly discounts and specials to our customers. We also use the program to let our customers know about upcoming events and activities. I must say that in this current economy, at least here on the central Oregon coast, that your email blasts with Loyal Rewards are certainly looked upon favorably by our rather loyal customers. I would say that close to 40% of our weekly sales are attributed to folks coming in with your coupons. I have to look at it with mixed blessings. I would love to see more customers without coupons, but right now, I am really excited to just see customers, so the ones that keep coming back with the discounts certainly beat having no one coming in. A round and about way to say thanks for what you do.

I actually use two of your programs, Birthday Connections, and Loyal Rewards. My wife and I are sold on these programs, your staff (Jenna and Amy) who I primarily deal with are a dream to work with.

In theses economic down times both of these programs have helped us maintain a good season. The highway in front of our business was tore down and reconstructed during our busy season. We live in a primarily tourist economy so due to the down time in the economy and the ability to not get into my business at times, we needed a plan sink or swim per say. We now reach out to two zip codes for the birthday connection and our data base is almost to 500 in a town population of 1300 where most know who we are, we had to give them a reason to come out on bad roads and to spend a little money. Years ago I read a book called “Raving Fans” the book teaches the necessity of taking your customers from satisfied customers to “Raving Fans”. Both of these programs have done that for us we have taken our satisfied customers and made them “Raving Fans” I want to thank you and your staff for your help and I look forward to the future and your part as a partner in our business together.
