Coley-Jordan Tire and Auto service has been using MOVING TARGETS, LOYAL REWARDS AND BIRTHDAY CONNECTIONS almost all of 2009 and have been very pleased with all three. People are amazed that we know when to send them a birthday card and are very appreciative of it. We use your email form for customers to give us their email address and this has more than doubled the addresses we get. This shows us that customers like getting specials by email. We use Moving Targets to give a free oil change and once they come in we try our best to treat them very good so that they will come back to see us when they need something else.

We are VERY pleased with you guys!

Jenna and the rest of the staff make it very easy to do business with and the emails look alot better than what I could produce in-house. On top of all that, I enjoy the turnaround time the most.

We are getting 100's of customers to sign up on the Loyal Rewards email program. Which is very easy for the business owner to use.

Your girls Amy and Jenna are great to work with. I have even sent out email specials with their help while I was on the road and they did a great job. Very easy and we don't have to go back and forth with our own ad people as you put all the art work together in a system that works. The same goes for the Moving Targets and the Birthday Connections. People are amazed that we found them and are offering them a free gift. After finding us through these programs they then become loyal customers. You have a great system that is extremely easy for any business owner to implement right away and with your competitive prices the return on investment is one of the best I have seen. Getting customers in the door you are right up there with television but at a much lower cost.

We sent our first email and sales have been increasing. I think people are saving their gift certificates for the end of the month. This is great because it will bring in customers in at the end of the month when business tends to slow down. Again I will have more info has the month goes on.

As you recall, all three of your advertising programs are important parts of the overall advertising program at Rozzi's Italian Deli & Market, just as when we used your Moving Targets program when I owned Lazy Gecko's Pizza a few years ago.

While I can't point to just one of your programs specifically as having been the most effective for us, since we jumped right in with all three programs at Rozzi's, I am happy to report that monthly sales are up 100% at Rozzi's, since I purchased the deli and started working with your great staff many months ago. Since your programs account for the majority of our advertising efforts each month, I know we are successfully growing this business with your help. We will keep using you!

Since that service was so successful when I received the information about your Loyal Rewards and Birthday Connections I just had to sign up. Our customers absolutely love getting the email offers. Now I have to tell you about Birthday Connections. The people that have received a birthday letter are so appreciative. They can't believe we know when their birthdays are. What a great concept! Moving Targets has produced tons of new customers for us and they keep coming back...Loyal Rewards makes it even better for us and our returning customers because they are being rewarded for being loyal to us and we get the repeat business! Finally, Birthday Connections....well, its just fun giving free things to people sometimes and they always appreciate a free meal. It makes them feel special and they come back too! Hello, my name is Michael Klemm owner of Mike N' Dangelo's Italian Restaurant & Pizzeria. We are proud to say that Mike N' Dangelo's has been in business for 15 years now. Not all of our years have been great but to say we have been in business for 15 years is an accomplishment in of it self. We have 30 employees and are a full service restaurant. We have Delivery, Carry Out, Dine In, Catering, & Fundraising.

Throughout the years we have tried a large variety of advertising strategies. From T.V. & Radio to walking the streets with door hangers, thousands of coupons delivered to thousands of people & even bill boards. One thing I can say about all of this… They DO NOT WORK!!!! I think back to the beginning and the tens of thousands of dollars we have spent on advertising over the years, I just wish I could have all that time and money back to do one thing…spend it on your programs!

Ever since we have started your programs I have noticed a difference in our business. Many more repeat customers and all the new customers we are reaching now with the Moving Targets Program. So I see us getting new customers in and now having these customers return more often because of the Birthday Connections & Loyal Rewards programs. Even with the economy falling apart as we speak, we have seen steady business. We should have been slowing down but in stead we are seeing increases. We spend about 50% less then we did before in our overall marketing strategy because your programs are much less to maintain. So Bottom Line… Spend less and Get 10 times more out of the money you spend! Sounds like a winner to me.

I can't wait till our economy gets better to see what your programs will bring us in the future. I see great things in the future. Currently we are participating in ALL of your programs!! I STRONGLY recommend your programs to all, to at least try. I have been in the business for 22 years and owned my own for 15 years. This truly is the best money I have ever spent!! I want to say Thank You for giving me and my restaurant a reason to be hopeful!!!

Exceptional customer service and a great product brings them back again and again. In this economy it is important to invest more and more in marketing that actually works and Moving Targets actually works and is very cost effective.

This year I started Birthday Connections and Loyal Rewards. With Birthday Connections we keep track of the number of people that come in to share the occasion with the birthday person and, on average, that number is three paying customers!

Loyal Rewards is absolutely awesome and very simple to implement. Just yesterday (12/15/09) Loyal Rewards sent out an email promo for me at 10:15 am. We open at 11am and had four email customers by 11:30 and a total of eighteen by the close of business! This was day one of a four day promotion!

It is very important, especially in this economy, to bring dollars into your business in the most cost effective manner. Moving Targets, Loyal Rewards and Birthday Connections are three programs that are cost effective and they actually work!

I began using Loyal Rewards, Moving Targets, and Birthday Connections 14 months ago. I have to admit I was skeptical at first, as I have wasted a lot of money on advertising that shows no return on my investment. Since there are no contracts, and I have the ability to set my own budget, I gave it a shot. I have been quite surprised at the unusually high redemption rates of all three programs. The solo mailed letters and cards make a huge impact. The email offers are professional, and have often yielded same day results. In addition, I really like the monthly advertising tips I receive from Jay, and also the suggestions I receive on promotions. I would highly recommend giving these programs a shot. During the past 14 months I have steadily increase my budget for these programs as my business has grown despite this terrible economy.

We started partnering with Loyal Rewards for our email marketing campaign about six months ago and we would recommend them to anyone that is interested in creating an affordable, flexible and effective customer contact program for their business. In the time we've been using Loyal Rewards' services we have come to rely on them for email database building, database management, offer themes and scheduling suggestions as well as the normal email blasts.
