We gathered our e-mail addresses 800 the first couple of weeks and sent out our first emailing and we got back about 10% off our first offer. I would say that is pretty good response. Now all the 1400 customers in our database look forward to our e-mail when we send them out. Thanks for helping us look like the big dogs with this program.

Jay, I just wanted to take a minute and let you know how much I appreciate your Loyal Rewards program. I have been on the program for 3 years now and have almost 1000 contacts. Since we don't offer delivery we have found it difficult to track customers and acquire customer information. The cards you provided for us sit are next to our cash register and our cashier points them out as well. We have had a great success with this because it's quick and easy for customers to fill out, not asking for too much information. That makes customers less hesitant to sign up. We then offer aggressive offers from 20 to 30% off bundle deals. I like being able to send offers as needed and when I want to, without waiting until the next "mailing". The response is immediate, meaning the offers are many times redeemed starting that same evening. Now that's measured response!

I am writing this e-mail to give you my opinions on your Birthday Connections and Loyal Rewards programs.
So far I am very satisfied with both of your programs. I started using Loyal Rewards about two months ago. On one occasion, a customer came in to redeem one of our coupons just a couple hours after the broadcast went out. Is it effective? Yes it is. I believe it helps alot to keep the customers we already have. They have plenty of choice when it comes to dining out, I believe Loyal Rewards plays a big part on making us their choice.
This December is the first month I used Birthday Connections, and so far it has been a success. I have been getting birthday certificates almost every day with only 100 mailings. The month is not over yet, but at this rate we are easily going to get a 20% or more response from this month. One of the things I like about Birthday Connections is the opportunity we get to make a loyal customer and the fact that they rarely eat alone.
All things said, I give both of these programs TWO BIG THUMBS UP. The customer service is also amazing. Their reps worked with me to find out what works and what does not, and they follow up to simply see how everything is working out. Now days having good food and good service is not enough, these programs gave us the edge to be able to compete with the big chains in town. Thanks you, and I look forward to trying out Moving Targets.

One time I e-mailed Jenna my ad she e-mail me back that it was sent out and as I was running a copy of the letter for my staff to be aware of, my manger was walking back to my office to ask if I knew of this special out customer was talking about on the phone. It got a response in only minutes. At the cost of $25 there is nothing as cheap and effective for the money. I will continue to use Loyal Rewards.

We have found working with Moving Target and Owners Jay & Terry Siff over the past 10 years or so has been a most rewarding experience for us for the following reasons:

My name is Matt Davis from MJ'S Pizza Inc. I started using Moving Targets and Loyal Rewards about 1 year ago. Moving Targets has always got about a 25 percent return rate. Out of those certificates about 1 in 5 orders enough other food to more than pay for the free pizza.
I didn't have as much luck with the Loyal Rewards program. So I consulted with someone from your office and now we have over 500 people on the program. Our last promo brought in about $175 in additional sales. Much better than it was doing for us a year ago. I look forward to the success of the Birthday program. We just tried this one out a month ago. We have not received any certificates back yet, but I'm sure that will change with a little tweaking. Now it is so simple, I get an idea at 9:00am and send it to Amy, by 10:00am I have a proof and at noon it's in the in-box of my customers.
