We have not seen much additional business with either Moving Targets or the Loyal Rewards programs but Birthday Connections has been a great success. This promotion has brought several new customers into our restaurant with these coupons.

We plan on continuing with Birthday Connections for our advertising needs.

I am a new user to Loyal Rewards. I have found that the only way it does not work is if I don't send out the emails. Since using Loyal Rewards for making contact to my loyal customers, they have become even more loyal, coming more often to take advantage of the email promotion. Thanks for your help.

Getting started on your service has been difficult for me, and I thought you might be able to benefit from my feedback. Giving away something free is an economically difficult thing for a small cafe in this economy. What I should have done, and what I recommend your advise your new clients to do, is MAKE A PLAN before you sign up. I now have all these folks waiting for my first giveaway email, and I don't have much I can afford to give away! The other thing that panicked me was that an email went out to my contacts, without my authorization, to tease them that this would be coming. I'm simply not ready to fulfill this! So then I had alot of in-person inquiries that proved difficult to handle on the spot and with no warning. So NEVER send out an email without your client's authorization. On the other hand, I look forward to using your service to advertise stuff we will be selling, and to making announcements for events where we partner with local not-for-profits. I think it helps to get people to sign up when you advertise something for free, no doubt about it, but for smaller clients it would be best to downplay that at first so we can get started without feeling like we're going to lose money. Otherwise, I think your service is going to be a big benefit to us in 2010.

Loyal Rewards is exactly what we needed. The cost of the program is minimal. In fact we considered doing it ourselves to save a little but quickly decided against that. It is a virtually hands-free program and my customers love it. We even have customers come to our locations and ask when the next email will be sent.

The program allows us to reach our own customer base and at the same time, it's cost effective. Our email specials bring our customers back time and time again. Another great thing about it is the fact that I can almost instantly put out a special offer instead of waiting for it to appear in the newspaper or on radio.
